Dalbrae Academy applying energy efficiency!

Dalbrae Academy Grade 9 students spent their science class learning about energy efficiency! They were surprised to learn that Efficiency Nova Scotia has so many great programs like the Residential Direct Install program and the HomeWarming program. 

At the end of the presentation two brave volunteers worked together to arrange these everyday appliances in order of least amount of energy consumed to most. With the exception of a few items, both class’s teams did a great job. Did you know hair dryers use so much energy?
