Green News from École secondaire de Clare!

École secondaire de Clare already hosts weekly wasteless breakfasts which are organized by Community Development Officer, Sheila Leblanc Joyce, which also promotes healthy eating. Even the cups are biodegradable at these breakfasts, and the smoothies are always a hit!

The grade 7 classes at École secondaire de Clare met with Engagement Officer Josée-Ann Cloutier to talk about energy, how we waste it, and what we can do to conserve it. The students also discussed the importance of Earth Day and shared ideas on what they could do to celebrate. To end the visit, the students played a game of Energy Jeopardy.
