GreenSchools Nova Scotia Engages Students in Future of Efficiency Career Day

GreenSchools Nova Scotia (GSNS) was thrilled to participate in the Future of Efficiency Career Day at Discovery Centre this February. GSNS Green Career Specialist Emma and Engagement 

Officer Tao joined students from across the province to explore the role of values-based career choices in shaping a sustainable future.

During this engaging event, Grade 9 students gained insight into Nova Scotia’s current energy landscape and the critical role of the green building sector in achieving the province’s 2050 Net-Zero target. Through interactive discussions and activities, students discovered how their personal values—such as safety, adventure, growth, fame, and compassion—can guide them in choosing meaningful and impactful careers.
