Shelburne Regional High School Sweater Day!

Back to stories

Shelburne Regional High School Environment Club celebrated National Sweater Day by turning down the heat by 2 degrees celsius and students were encouraged to wear sweaters or bring a blanket to school. Leading up to their Sweater Day, members of the club shared energy-related information during the morning announcements. During their noontime meeting everyone wore their sweater while they chatted with Engagement Officer Natalie McMaster about their plans for the rest of the year and ways to engage their school on energy savings. They’re looking forward to Natalie’s return so she can come back and present to all the students and help them kick off some school wide energy challenges.

Their plans are well on the way to waste less energy!
